Naresh Mehta, a B. Tech. (Mechanical) graduate from B.H.U.I.T. has over 40 Years of extensive experience in The Engineering Industry.
He began his career with Josts India, a pioneer in Painting Plants, and played a pivotal role in establishing The First Maruti Painting Plant in India. His expertise further expanded while working with Grauer & Weil in their newly formed Painting Booths Division. Naresh joined Gel Consultants as a partner in 1990 and has since been instrumental in the company’s growth and success. His vast knowledge and leadership have been the cornerstone of Gel Engineering’s achievements.
Rohan Mehta
Technical Director
Rohan Mehta holds a B. Tech. (Production) degree from VJTI, Mumbai, where he was a university topper for four consecutive years.
He also earned an MBA (Finance) from the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Technology (JBIMS). Before joining Gel Engineering, Rohan was part of the Corporate Strategy and International Division of a multinational corporation. His strategic insights and technical expertise drive the company’s innovative solutions and operational excellence.
Karan Mehta
Operations Director
Karan Mehta is an expert in process improvement and system modernization, holding a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.
He also possesses a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from VESIT, Mumbai, and is a certified Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner. Karan’s specialized skills in optimizing processes and his modern approach to industrial engineering contribute significantly to Gel Engineering’s efficiency and high-quality project execution.
